House Rules
No pets allowed. Animals of any kind are not permitted, including dogs, cats, rodents, birds, or reptiles.
No smoking inside the property. Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the home and any enclosed areas. Smoking outdoors is permitted.
No sub-letting. The property may not be (partially) sublet or offered via platforms such as Airbnb without prior written consent.
Structural alterations require approval. Any changes to walls, flooring, or fixtures must be agreed in writing with the landlord in advance.
Nuisance-free living. Excessive noise — particularly between 22:00 and 07:00 — is not permitted.
Important
Violation of the no-pets or no-smoking rules constitutes a breach of contract and may result in termination of the rental agreement.

Valid ID (passport or EU identity card) for all adult residents.

Until the end of 2025, huurtoeslag was only available below the social rent ceiling (~€900/month). From 1 January 2026, this restriction was lifted — private sector tenants can now also apply.
